Sara and Sean run a PI business, the good thing is that they can choose their cases instead of how many money they win. So, when the reporter that interviewed them died in a mysterious way, they can not stay away to discover the truth.
'"Haven't you already had your caffeine quota for the day?" Based on the sparkle in his eyes and mischievous curve to his lips, he was teasing her, but it was a façade to mask his real concern.
"Is there such thing as too much?" she countered. "If there is, I don't think I've ever hit that limit yet." She jutted out her chin and reached for her door handle.'
Sean and Sara are a nice couple that share their love for each other and their passion solving mysteries with their PI agency. They have a great team, their employees are more friends than acquittances and that makes the story more touching and real.
I have to admit that I found the story a little too short, but not because it was boring, because I liked their investigation ideas and how they respect the police enforcement and work with them. But at the same time, I missed more suspects and a little more background about the characters and their thoughts.
The case is was quite interesting, a young journalist passed away of heart failure, it was something natural or a murder? While our characters try to discover the truth, they will met with all the possible suspects and will have to go undercover to solve this case.
